The location, although ideal for a quick stop, may require some cleaning up of littered trash around the hotel grounds. The dining experience offers a very good selection but may be limited to a short menu. Overall, a great choice with superb service.
The hotel boasts nice-sized, clean, and comfortable rooms with essential amenities like a microwave, fridge, ice machine, and coffee maker, but some areas show wear and tear. The service is top-notch, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs, with friendly and very accommodating staff. The location is good, despite being close to I-10, which can lead to noise and traffic challenges, but it offers proximity to sports venues and the Camelback Ranch Stadium. Unfortunately, there is a need to clean up litter around the hotel. The dining experience falls short of expectations, with a limited breakfast selection. Facilities provided are satisfactory.
I want to express my gratitude to the Holiday Inn and Suites for being so supportive during a challenging time. The room had amenities that exceeded my expectations, such as a whirlpool tub. However, I couldn't ignore the unpleasant smell of mold or mildew in the air.
